Daxi was established in April 2010 by Owner / Editor Natalie Reed. Originally a regional publication for the Famagusta community, Daxi soon became a recognised lifestyle magazine attracting readers from throughout Eastern Cyprus. Daxi also enjoys a large number of international readers via the Daxi website where each monthly issue can be read in large, easy to read flip pages from anywhere in the world.
In response to public demand & as a direct result of the growth & sheer success of the Daxi brand, a ‘sister’ magazine was launched in April 2012. ‘Daxi Larnaca’, a magazine with the same format & branding as ‘Daxi Famagusta’ but specifically targeted to readers & advertisers in the Larnaca community.
In July 2013 Natalie & her team identified that it was a challenging time for both advertisers and readers and wanted to give something back. Taking into consideration feedback from businesses and readers Natalie understood advertisers wanted more for their money and readers wanted more articles, competitions and more information on products, services and events. This is why Natalie took the decision to merge the two magazines's creating an 'All New' Daxi Magazine.
One magazine distributed throughout Eastern Cyprus to over 200 distribution points offering advertisers the same price to advertise but double the exposure!
The 'All New' Daxi incorporates community news, useful phone numbers and events for both Larnaca and Famagusta regions.
Meaning Daxi is now the only FREE, English written magazine to give advertisers exposure throughout both regions.
